What Flash Fill does

Flash Fill helps you create a job-search profile, fill supported application forms, and keep selected information together under your account. Resume extraction and autofill can be incomplete or incorrect. Review the information in your profile and each application before relying on it.

Your application choices

Auto-Click Next Page and Auto-Submit follow the settings you select. Turn them off if you want to review each step yourself. When a portal offers a previous-application option, you can choose whether to use it or fill with Flash Fill. You are responsible for confirming that the final answers and attachments are accurate and appropriate for the role.

Third-party job portals

Job portals are operated by their respective owners. Their forms, availability, terms, and handling of submitted information are outside Flash Fill’s control. Filling or saving a form does not guarantee that a portal accepted an application or that an employer will respond.

Account, data, and support

Google sign-in is used for your Flash Fill account. The Privacy Policy explains how information is processed and how to request account-data deletion. For support, email bsrecruiting03@gmail.com.

Changes

Flash Fill may change as supported portals and features change. The published terms will show their effective date and current contact information.
